Approx $A30I don't drink much one year old Chardonnay and even fewer preservative free wines, so it's not so easy to contextualise this wine. Despite the lack of preservatives, there seems to be no lack of wine making tricks. Butterscotch and peach, this seems quite fleshy and almost nougat like. It's bright, mineral and abundant.
